Our standard room was comfortable with a view of the waterway across the street.

The bath was reminiscent of the Sofitel Heathrow with separate tub and shower.

The hotel room itself was unremarkable though clean and comfortable. But the real star of the property is the extensive spa area (no photos allowed) that had a lap pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room in addition to treatment areas. We spoke to many locals who are members of the spa as well and had high praise. If a warming swim is what you’re after a cold plunge in the North Sea, this is definitely your place.
