On my recent visit to Miami, I was shocked to see how the city continues to grow, even since my trip last year. Even more startling was the private plane landed in the middle of a vacant lot of prime Brickell real estate. A very fun theme for a very good, and shockingly reasonably priced coffee shop. I love a theme and their commitment to private aviation was next level (pun intended). The menu is a departure board, staff dressed as air hostesses, seating is that of airlines, and entering the shop the way you would a flight is just a very fun experience. The coffee delicious to boot. Wheels up to Sky Coffee!
