Just a block off of the main drag of the Ponte Vecchio lies wine shop and cafe, Signorvino. While it took four employees to decide if we might have a table in a fairly empty restaurant, we were finally seated on the terrace overlooking the Arno and bridge’s beautifully ancient backside. The cute signature graphics seemed to say it all…

While the menu featured every smattering of Italian standards, we opted to share the fried mini tortellini which were salty and delightful. Perfect with a glass of red our midday meal seemed to be lacking, I could defo see coming back for a lovely apero.

Since I needed a break from pizza and pasta, I chose the smoked salmon salad. While nice, it was clearly the wrong choice after fried tortellini.

This would be a fun late afternoon stop with some friends or great destination shopping if you needed a bottle or two for your room. Until next time, Singorvino.
