After a relocation to Ibiza Town, much more my style than the dodgy St. Anthony, we tested La Bodega for it’s well rated tapas. The place was BUZZING! Communal tables and high energy waitstaff (think cut off denim shorts and light up headpieces on the men) in an echo chamber of a space of oddities made for quite a fun dinner.

We enjoyed a bottle of a slightly chilled rioja throughout.

The echo chamber decor was something like that of an exciting yard sale!

We ordered our staples- croquettas, Iberian ham, pan con tomate, and octopus. It was all good, but maybe not great. Regardless, the vibe and snacks made for a most enjoyable evening. The bar next door La Esquina was also a fun spot and could have been a good tapas option, but we proceeded as planned to this one for an evening of revelry and people-watching.
