The Anassa Hotel Cyprus

On a recent family visit to Cyprus, we enjoyed a lovely, albeit extremely hot, evening at the gorgeous Anassa hotel in Neo Chorio. We arrived early for sundowner cocktails and were lucky to snag the corner table for my favorite occasion of the day. After perusing an extensive menu of mocktails and cocktails, the gentleman settled on some smoky gin creations while I opted for a grilled pineapple margarita. All were delicious and after the sun finally retreated behind the mountain and we could see again, we enjoyed people watching, live music, and taking in the luxurious surroundings.
