This hotel, part of the Best Western group, brings thoughts of an essential rebrand, “Worst Western.” I hate to complain, particulars for a very short last minute city break where cheap and cheerful was the theme, but honestly this hotel was horrendous. I called to inquire prior to booking about a safe and was assured that all rooms had one installed. Turns out, all rooms but ours. I could usually make due, but as I was selling a few baubles this trip, it was absolutely essential. Worse, the room was about 100 degrees and the windows didn’t open. After conversing several times with the front desk at midnight thanks to a late flight, about a swap, we were told it was not possible as the hotel was full.
The following day we received a new room but it had damaged furnishing and cleaning rags left behind. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this awful hotel.
