If you’re staying in the Heathrow vicinity and want to do something fun, albeit touristy, head to Richmond. A quaint town made famous by the show ‘Ted Lasso,’ the pub is as real as it gets. Be sure to ‘score’ a reservervation in advance, though there were a few available for our night in question. Alive on a weekday evening full of blokes watching football and couples dining, it felt every bit a neighborhood staple. In fact, one might not even realize it made quite the tv set if it weren’t for all of the fun, faux footie memorabelia.
