Everyone tells you to be sure to eat late in Spain so we went rogue one evening, with no dinner reservation, determined to just turn up somewhere around 21:00 – really not even so late, is it? The only place who seemed to have room for us was KGB and we were very glad they did. Don’t let the “Reserved” sign fool you, we definitely did not call ahead.

Asking the bar lady what her top tapas were made ordering an easy decision especially after realized that everyone must ask this question as the answers were posted on the wall in large format.

So, some of the tops– oxtail burger, patatas bravas, and some cuttlefish type dish.

The burger was absolute PERFECTION. We were near enough the kitchen to watch them being made on repeat- clearly a bar favorite. Ours was paired with a glass or three of rioja….

Which them prompted us to order another one! Absolutely unreal.
